To start off, our prayers go to those who are remembering their loved ones on this day. We must not forget. It still all lingers – even over here with the recent threats on Germany. Scary!
On a happier note - Well, how time flies, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby back at home to Jeremy and Jessica Elsas. Hopefully we hear news soon – please keep them in your prayers! Seems like just yesterday she found out she was pregnant! Wood’s you’re up next! :)
Alexis has a little cough that is now sounding congested so I decided to take her to the doctor today. Enter, my first German doctor experience. Oh my! The office was so filthy and so were all the toys. I almost felt like I went into a 3rd world country’s office. I would not let Alexis touch anything. Just as Ronnie said his doctor was - it was a small office with only the receptionist and the doctor. No other workers! Not sure if this is how all the docs are, but it was interesting. The doctor was nice regardless and I got some stuff to give her, so pray it works quickly before our Venice trip!
Also – we are so very sad about the passing of Luciano Pavarotti a few days ago. Alexis and I listen to him. The other night on TV they were showing one of his concerts in Munich. Alexis sat there for 20 minutes watching him. She barely moved. Ahhhh – just like mommy, loves her Opera. Lots-o-Luv – Us3
